Reliable products, fast shipping

I ordered the Sea Berry Therapy Face Cream again, and it got to me in about 4 days, which is pretty standard for Sibu. I've used their stuff for a while now, and the quality is always consistent. This cream just works for my skin, so I keep coming back for it. No surprises, which is what I like.

Luxe Oil is nice

Grabbed the Sea Berry Therapy Luxe Oil because my friend said it was good. It felt really nice on my face, not too greasy at all. Shipping was quick, got here in like 3 days. I'm happy with it. Will probably check out their other stuff soon.

Good products, minor shipping issue

I picked up the Omega-7 Softgels and the Sea Berry Therapy Hydrating Serum this time. The softgels are a staple for me, and the serum felt pretty good on my skin. The products themselves are top-notch for the price. My only gripe was that the package got held up an extra day somewhere in transit, took 6 days to reach me in Arizona. It wasn't a huge deal, but I've had faster. Overall, still a good value.

What's the difference between the seed oil and the fruit oil? Which one is better for face vs body?

K Kate Ito 1 month ago
The fruit oil is richer in Omega-7, good for skin regeneration. The seed oil has more Omega-3 and -6, which are more about general skin health. I use fruit oil on my face and seed oil for body sometimes.

I think seed oil is lighter, so some people prefer it for their face if they have oily skin. Fruit oil is thicker, great for dry patches.

Can I use a coupon code AND get the subscription discount? Or is it one or the other?

B Beth Torres 2 months ago
Nah, you can only use one code. If you subscribe, you automatically get 15% off, but that cancels out other promo codes.

M Marcus N. 1 month ago
They don't let you stack 'em. It's usually better to just subscribe if you plan on re-ordering the same thing.

Are their products actually cruelty-free? Important to me before I buy.

T Troy Vargas 2 months ago
From what I remember seeing on their site, yes they are. I made sure to check that myself.

Pretty sure they mention it in their FAQs. No animal testing is a big deal for them, I think.

Is Sibu like, a real brand? Or one of those random pop-up online stores?

S Sam 2 months ago
Totally real. They've been around for a while, and specialize in sea buckthorn. Not some fly-by-night thing.

Legit for sure. They source their stuff from the Himalayas, not just some generic supplier.

Hey guys, thinking of trying some of the Sibu stuff, mainly for skin. Does their sea buckthorn oil actually help with skin issues like dryness or just kinda make it glowy?

D David Q. 1 month ago
Oh for sure! I use the fruit oil and my super dry patches on my elbows are way better. It's not just a surface glow, it feels genuinely nourished.

Yeah, I heard Omega-7 from it is supposed to be good for cell regeneration and stuff. My face feels smoother and less irritated since I started using their face cream.

Has anyone had to return something? Was it a pain?

B Ben E. 2 months ago
Returns were super easy for me. Just followed the instructions on their site and got my money back pretty quickly.

T Tom Foster 2 months ago
Nah, it's not bad at all. I had an issue with a product once and they sorted it out without any fuss. They have a money-back guarantee, I believe.

Anyone know about the shipping times? I'm in NYC and kinda need a new moisturizer ASAP.

K Kate 2 months ago
Mine usually takes like 3-5 business days to get to me in New Jersey. So NYC should be similar.

M Mike Walsh 1 month ago
Yeah, I think standard is usually a few days. You can track it once it ships too, I always get an email.

Is the first order discount good? Like, if I sign up for email, do I actually get a decent percentage off?

R Rachel Hughes 1 month ago
Yep, it's usually 15% off your first purchase. I used it last month.

K Kate 1 month ago
Yeah, pretty standard for online stores. Makes a good dent if you're trying a few things.
